Hi Daddy! Mama and I hung out all day today- for MOST of the day we just snuggled... it was just too hot to do anything! (even IN the air-conditioned house!) Mama gave me a bath today, and then she laid down for a bit while Nana held me (Mama wasn't feeling good at all- we think it's the heat)... when Mama woke up from her 30minute nap she laid down with me on the floor so that I could play on my playmat and do tummy time. I am starting to "hit" the toys that hang from the play-mat and I giggle... I really don't know HOW to hit the stuff because I'm still learning how to use my arms, but every now and then I'll hit my toys, they shake, Mama says "yeah Kenzie", I get excited and then try again... it's fun.
Grandma Lohman came over for a bit tonight too- she brought us a BUNCH of vegetables from the garden at the Shalom barn. Grandpa brought up Uncle Nate's swing from the basement, cleaned it up and put me in it- I have TWO swings now! I really liked Uncle Nate's swing- I was in the living room and just swung back/forth and watched the fan (I LOVE watching the fans in the house)... and Mama set up my pack-n-play, which was QUITE involved/intense for a pack-n-play because it has a changing table, chair, and hammock part to it... PLUS the directions were in spanish, french, and THEN English.. Mama was grumbling about it because the other 2 languages were in a bold-easy-to-read font, while the English wasn't... such troubles ;)
I hope you slept well and dreamed about me because I'm ALWAYS dreaming about you!
